We have exclusively had positive experiences using the conference center as a venue for our courses. The rooms are well-suited for the purpose, and you always have the necessary equipment readily available, allowing us to adapt the facilities to the course's needs. Furthermore, everyone we’ve been in contact with has been professional, helpful, and accessible, both before and during the course day. It's easy to get in touch if we need assistance, and you meet every request and need with a smile. Requests are also solved quickly and efficiently. The course rooms are clean and tidy, and the food arrives on time (and is of good quality). One can’t help but be absolutely satisfied. I’d like to share some positive feedback. You really deserve it. I was a participant in DNB's course on October 8th and 9th. The meeting room was very good – bright and pleasant, and, not least, great air quality. The lunch was great, and the service from the staff was excellent. The big surprise was that we, who had to leave before lunch on Friday, were unexpectedly given packed lunches to go. Now that’s service! All credit to you.
